Children and Young People
The adults who come for therapy are often the children who needed extra support when they were younger. Therefore I aim to help them with creating good coping strategies and overcoming trauma before it becomes a debilitating difficulty in later life.
I have many years of experience working with children in many different environments including nurseries, schools, and support centres. In the last few years I have been focusing on working with Safe Families UK and within the NHS dealing mostly with safeguarding cases. Unfortunately this does mean that I have dealt with self-harm, suicide attempts, child endangerment, mental health issues and many others. I've always been incredibly passionate about children and advocating for their wellbeing, so if you do choose me to help your young person you can trust that I will have their best interests at heart and do everything that I can do to help them. I adhere to a strict code of conduct and I hold an enhanced DBS due to my work with children and vulnerable adults.

Play Therapy
If your little people have been going through some difficulties you can book them in for some play therapy. This offers them a safe space to decompress and have some focused time away from the outside world. They can talk if they want to but the focus is them having a time of ease.
£45 per session - call to book.
Children
I offer both psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for children and young people, and sessions can sometimes be a hybrid of the two.
All sessions with under 18's are recorded for safeguarding purposes and stored safely in accordance with GDPR regulations.
